| Very fast service; I only went to take my truck for a smog check, but let the man at the front desk know I didn't have a lot of time. My daughter had just had a woke up with a tooth ache and I had so many other errands to run after the dental appt. The service rep was so understanding and got us out of there within 30 minutes; and I could tell they were busy. I usually go to someone just down the street on Lincoln, but he wasn't even open at 10:30 a.m. I think I found a new place. Thanks for being so understanding of my daughter not really feeling so great after her dental appt and getting us out of there FAST. And the waiting area, restroom, everything was so clean and they even have a popcorn and coffee machine for their customers. Very nice! |

| I was going to the dealership for repairs but after receiving horrible customer service on several repairs I decided to try Action Auto when my shifting cable unexpectedly snapped. I received great customer service and they made sure to call me to make sure I knew how the repair was going along the way. When my repair took longer than a day I was automatically given a rental car so I wouldn't miss work. I've since returned to Action Auto for some maintenance work I needed and once again received great customer service. |

| Action Auto is a great place to take your car to have work done. They get it done on time and they don't try to sell you work that isn't needed. They have a shuttle service if you have to leave your car and don't have another ride, and they give a discount for AAA members. Last time we took our Altima in, they even washed it. |
