I've been using Action Auto for all my vehicles for over 25+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I always recommend them to family, friends and co-workers. Nat, Brett, Moses and all the guys at Action Auto are all friendly and top notch.

I was thankful for the ride home while you worked on my car. Tristan had the best personality when he approached me regarding my brakes. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated. I appreciated the triple A discount. Just a little oversight when you forgot to give me my smog cert but it was emailed to me. I also liked the clean environment. Thank you.

Great people; they take the time to explain what they are going to/have done. I wish I could afford them for all my care care services.

I found out after the fact appointments are not for smog check, subtract a star.I was over charged at completion of work, subtract another star (bill was revised but this was wrong)customer service rep on hearing I had bad experience (I was polite when explaining) said "Ok, have a nice day".I wanted to like you as you are close to my home.

As a business owner this hurts to give a 2 star rating. Not happy with the service. The bearing and hub was repaired but the wheel was not balanced. When asked a simple question there was a lot of attitude in return. I am a business owner and I don't typically give these ratings.

i didn't like the fact that they tried to lie to me like if i didn't know anything about engines, like if a car doesn't have a tensioner for the belt.
